By enrolling here you have decided to embark on a mentoring journey with Liz. Please make your choice on how to pay under payment options. There are three options available. Pay in full, pay in 5 sessions, or pay monthly for 4 months. If you choose to pay monthly, your 4th payment must be made prior to Liz certifying your hours with ICF.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Liz. Paid sessions are refundable prior to the start date of the program as noted on the contract less a 20% processing fee. Paid mentor sessions are non-refundable after the start date as noted on the contract. Participants can apply a paid session for a future mentor session. These must be coordinated with Liz and are subject to availability.
