Empowering Neurodiversity: Executive Functioning Training for Academic Coaches and Teachers - CPD
This program is a comprehensive course designed to equip Coaches and Educators with the knowledge and tools to support neurodivergent students in developing crucial executive functioning skills. Through interactive and engaging sessions, delegates will learn how to support their learners in planning and organizing skills, completing tasks effectively, and focusing on working towards independence. Other skills, such as time management, planning, and scheduling, will also be looked at. We will also be looking at self-advocacy and emotional regulation as these are seen as vital skills for neurodivergent learners, both in their daily life and in a college/university setting. Tools and strategies will be shared on how to improve these skills.
Upon the completion of the workshop, the participants receive additional materials, a certificate from The CPD with 12 CPD hours.
