Elizabeth is the founder of ACA Coach Academies, LLC. She is the Director of Training at ACA Coach Academies. She has a PCC credential through the International Coaching Federation. She has over 20 years of experience in business, consulting, and coaching. She has experience building coach training programs, which led her to build ACA Coach Academies. She has an MBA and enjoys advancing the knowledge of those around her. It is her personal mission to advance the coaching profession. She has seen firsthand the impact coaching can have on students, organizations, and individuals. It is her desire that ACA Coach Academies spread the word that coaching has a positive impact on any individual.

Lead Trainer, Academic Evaluator, & Mentor

Lynzie Troyer is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and has a deep passion for helping others grow into their most empowered, authentic selves. Her coaching journey has been built not in lecture halls, but through hands-on work with real people navigating real challenges. From entrepreneurs to students, parents to professionals, Lynzie has supported clients from all walks of life—each experience shaping the versatile, intuitive approach she uses today.

With a love for travel and a curiosity for different cultures and perspectives, Lynzie brings a global mindset to her coaching and teaching. She believes growth happens not just in breakthroughs, but in the steady process of discovery and action. As an instructor at ACA Academies, she’s excited to walk alongside new coaches as they build their confidence, find their unique coaching voice, and begin making an impact of their own.

Lead Coach Trainer II & Mentor

Coaching has been central in Julie's life since she began as an academic coach in 2015. She brings a framework of education to the academy through her background in higher education, a B.S. in Education and a MA in International and Intercultural Communication. She has over 20 years experience teaching, as well as experience supporting university students, faculty, and staff. She has an ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation. Julie's infinite curiosity and belief in unlimited human potential is at the core of her coaching. She is honored to share her passions for coaching through the transformative journey of ICF Coaching Education.

Da’Chon Pace realized early that she wanted to focus her life’s efforts on helping others become a better version of themselves through education and personal growth. That desire has guided her to work or volunteer as a trainer, teacher, mentor and coach at various times over the past 25 years. Her drive to seek knowledge and understand human nature led her down a path to complete her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Human Behavior. She currently holds an ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation. Da’Chon combines her unique set of skills and experience, formal education and training to join ACA Academies as an instructor. Her hope is to continue to use her passion for people and assist you to discover, learn, and grow from student to life coach.
