Students are required to complete 144 hours of training. This includes 62 hours of live synchronous training, 6 observed coaching sessions, 10 hours of peer coaching practice, 15 journaling projects, and 41 hours in a learning management system. This class includes 10 hours of mentoring, a performance evaluation, and synchronous and asynchronous hours. The mentor hours will be scheduled separately.
