This is a mentoring calculator. This calculator will help you visualize how to manage your mentoring sessions. Your mentoring sessions must be completed as you complete your first 100 hours.

How to Use the Calculator
Step 1: Enter the total number of hours you have left before you meet your coaching hours goal for your credential. ACC is 100 hours, and PCC is 500 hours.
PCC Level 2 students can spread their mentoring out over their 500 hours but can complete it with their first 100 hours.
Step 2: Enter how many hours you are coaching on average weekly.
Please review all mentoring information from our website. The most important thing to note is that you must not have completed mentoring any earlier than 3 months. The International Coaching Federation sets this 3-month minimum. For Level 2 and PCC candidates, we suggest a minimum of 5 months.
