Non-Credential Seeking Students
You can take this program even if you do not anticipate gaining a coaching credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Coaching skills benefit almost every profession and every conversation you could have. This program has been designed to meet the stringent accreditation standards of ICF because ICF defines coaching as a profession. The ICF standards of coaching include skills, techniques, and the unique nature of coaching as it stands out among the rest.
If you do not wish to obtain a credential but still wish to develop coaching skills, you will not be required to participate in the mentoring or performance evaluation. You will learn how to change the conversations you have with some of the best in the industry. You won’t regret it.
