Introductory Sessions Information
Your first class must be an introductory session. This is considered week 1 of the program. You need to attend an introductory session prior to your cohort starting.
The intro session for 2024 Fall is pending.
Cohort Schedules
The following are the cohort schedules.
It is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Cohort 1 (CLOSED)
Cohort 1 has a maximum of 10 participants. It begins on Wednesday, January 24th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The dates are as follows:
Week 1, January 24th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 2, February 28th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 3, March 5th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 4, March 12th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 5, March 19th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 6, March 26th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 7, April 2nd, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 8, April 16th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 9, April 23rd, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Week 10, TBD
Cohort 2
Cohort 2 has a maximum of 10 participants. It begins on Monday, August 5th and runs from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The dates are as follows:
Week 2, August 5th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Week 3, August 12th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Week 4, August 19th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Week 5, August 26th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
NO CLASS SEPTEMBER 2ND
Week 6, September 9th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Week 7, September 16th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Week 8, September 23rd, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Week 9, September 30th, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Cohort 3
Cohort 3 has a maximum of 10 participants. Pending start date. Will no longer be on Saturdays.
Enrolling

You will see there is no charge for the training. You will “Enroll & Add to Cart”. You must complete the purchase sequence through the cart function in order to complete your enrollment, even as a zero charge. No credit card information will be required. Enrollments are due at least one week before starting a class. Class availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seats are limited.
